Prestige Hand Car Wash

This is a decent car wash for the price as long as you dont bring them something that needs work as more dirty then just a regular wash thats needed . I recently purchased a used Lexus and came to them and asked them if I could get the seat cleaned. It was a small stain that could easily get wiped off with a spray and rag . I asked and the first lady she quoted me $139 just to clean one seat but then told me they “wouldn’t be able to do a good job” . So i accepted this at the time and dropped it off snd left with my wife . I came back to pick up the car and they didnt even wipe down anything i told them when i first brought the car and they weren’t even sympathetic or apologetic. Just attempting to charge more . Which is fine but I specified this before the wash Afterwards i spoke to another guy about the seat then gave me a different quote of $179!! I showed him I was literally able wipe it off with my fingers and then caught an attitude and made us feel super unwelcome. On top of that my wife was swapping into the drivers seat of the other car while I was getting into my finished car and the guy started being aggressive telling us to move while my wife was trying to put her

They really do a great job. I am a regular and they always greet me with a smile and really appreciate your business. They finish in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Worst car wash in Houston. The last time I brought a vehicle was 3 years ago, decided to give it another try. Will not share details of last experience, but a good reason it has been 3 years. Pics of my recent $80 car wash, I could have brought it to a $20 drive through and my vehicle would have been cleaner. Not sure how this place can charge $80 for a mid size SUV for a subpar wash.

I’ve been coming to this car wash regularly because they usually do a great job, but I was really disappointed with my most recent visit. I came about an hour before closing, so I’m not sure if that played a role, but either way, it shouldn’t be an excuse for poor service. I paid extra for a deep interior clean, and honestly, it looked like they barely touched it. There was still dust on the dashboard, crumbs in the cup holders and even dust left on the side of the door. If you’re going to charge more for a detailed cleaning, you should actually deliver what’s promised, regardless of the time of day. I really expected better, especially from a place I’ve trusted in the past. It’s disappointing to see this kind of drop in quality.

It’s the best Hand Car Wash we could find in this area. Busy most times. We have been here numerous times in the past. The service here is good but not perfect. Having said that, it’s still a lot better than any other car wash. It provides a nice waiting area and also a fully air conditioned waiting room with a few massage chairs. It’s quite comfortable in there. Services are reasonably priced and timely reliable. Staffs are friendly.
